Industry Professional’s 2015 Ford F-150 is Ultimate Cherry Bomb Build

He’s a local boy; born and raised in the anthracite region of Wyoming, Pennsylvania. Around here, it’s a rite of passage to bulldoze through town in anything lifted to heaven. And Brandon Borzell’s 2015 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew is anything but gun shy. The truck’s 5.0L V8 produces over 400 horsepower and revs to perfection.

The 37″ Maxxis RAZR MT 772 tires and slick KMC XD Grenade 22s in a satin black/milled finish keep Borzell’s truck looking smokin’ hot from head to toe. A dual pair of LED pods and an E-Series 20” light bar from Rigid Industries, as well as SilverLux LED headlights and reverse taillights from Putco, light his path. Husky rear wheel well liners, an AMP Research BedXtender HD Max and Retrax Pro MX retractable truck-bed cover round out the upgrades. Next on his list? “I am looking into some kind of forced induction upgrade, whether through turbocharge or supercharge,” said Borzell. And he plans to snag a set of AMP Research power boards.

So how does a small-town boy just a few years out of college afford a truck that’s impressive enough to grace the covers of national mags? Good old-fashioned saving mixed with a lot of grit and elbow grease. “I saved all four years of college and the first year and a half to two years working at Keystone Automotive,” said Borzell. In fact, he still does part-time work with his church parish to fund enthusiast hobbies.

This 2015 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew build proves the juice was worth the squeeze, as he’s clearly the envy of every passerby. But knowing he gets to complete all the handy work with his father, a lifetime mechanic, is the kind of priceless joy that dubs this truck an ultimate build.
