Iron Cross Automotive, a Strong Workforce Standing Behind an Even Stronger Message

Iron Cross Automotive is no-nonsense about three distinct things: quality matters, American-made matters, and giving back to our brothers and sisters in the Armed Forces matters. Haven’t crossed paths with Iron Cross before? This Sooner State favorite is all business, and we just can’t get enough!

Quality Products, American Made

The company’s dedicated workforce manufactures premium running boards, heavy-duty bumpers, winches, and other truck/Jeep® accessories that are guaranteed to get the job done right and look dang good while doing so. “Be prepared for products that will change the way you and others look at your truck. Drawing from 30 years experience in the aftermarket and OE industry, we are able to bring you the highest-quality parts available using state-of-the-art technology combined with old fashioned hard work,” said the company. And all of the products are crafted in-house. That means laser cutting, robot welding, injection molding, step padding, and beyond.

What’s New?

“We cover everything from Ford, Chevy, and RAM to Toyota and Jeep,” said owner and president Troy Bundy. While Iron Cross undoubtedly pumps out higher volumes in truck applications, Bundy believes the all-new JL platform serves as a clean slate to really flex their muscles with seven-slot nation. A relatively small but nimble company, Iron Cross is staffed with talented engineers, designers, and welders who have the capability to turn on a dime and react immediately to industry trends. “So, on Thursday morning, these flares here were a flat piece of steel. And today, on Saturday, we’re live at the Keystone BIG Show with some great prototypes for customers to see,” added Bundy.

And sharp designs they were, with a very fitting symbol front and center. All Iron Cross products bear the mark of an eight-point Maltese Cross, which represents courage, honor, dedication, and loyalty. It’s a badge the passionate employees are proud to adopt as their own. “Iron Cross prides itself as one of the only remaining 100% American-made manufacturers of automotive accessories,” continued Bundy.

Expanding Its Footprint

Moreover, Iron Cross’ seal of honor is about to get a whole lot bigger, with major expansion being the next step. “Keystone is the biggest and the best,” commented Bundy. “I’ve always wanted to sell Keystone. They keep it on the shelf.” Already retaining a deep application list, Bundy and his team are prepared to use the JL trim as a launching pad for a new loyal following. Bundy believes good taste and a strong team allow Iron Cross to keep a pulse on consumer demand and head to market quickly. Add to that an impressive line of accessories, Keystone’s distribution model, and a step product that won the Best New Product award for the off-road category at the 2016 SEMA Show, and that goal seems right on target.

We Salute Our Troops

In addition to its fine work inside the manufacturing facility, team Iron Cross devotes its time and talent to custom vehicle builds for Folds of Honor, a non-profit organization that has provided educational scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service-members since 2007. “We owe our freedom to less than 1% [of the population]. The more I was around men, women, and families who sacrificed everything, the more I realized how few people in this country of ours truly understand the sacrifice. Now it’s my time to serve,” said Bundy.

Do we have your attention? Well, good. Because we plan to unpack the Folds of Honor topic further in another post, so make sure to stay tuned.
