Samlex offers two options in their portable charging lineup. The MSK-90 offers 90W of power via 3 30W panels in a folding array. Using the MSK-90 is as simple as unfolding the panels and connecting the prewired connectors to a 12V battery. A basic deep-cycle or marine style battery works well when boon-docking. Your MSK-90 will charge your battery all day long and has an integrated Charge Controller to prevent overcharging. Simply add an appropriately sized inverter to convert the battery’s 12V DC to 115V AC power that all of our home comforts utilize. Samlex USA’s SAM Series inverters provide low interference and are highly efficient.
The MSK-135 is a 135W option, and both the 90 and the 135 have bullet adapters for connecting to solar-ready RVs. In addition, both come with an insulated carry case to protect the panels when stored. Most noteworthy, is that the system will literally pay for itself with the money saved on electric hook-up fees at campgrounds.
