Live ON the GRID with the GD9 and GD10
I love to see new companies thrive in the trend-dominate wheel market. Once a name gains prominence, it seems like everyone walks into their dealer and asks for them by name. You know the brands; the two or three manufacturers that every lifted truck or stanced import seem to always run? But hey, that’s the power of good marketing, right? When I was looking for wheels for my FJ Cruiser earlier in the year, I looked at the ‘typical’ names but went with something a bit different. Ultimately, I decided on the GRID Wheels GD7.

I chatted with reps from the company, liked their approach and really hit it off. They had the modern, trendy look, but maybe aren’t the first name you’d think of in the off-road marketplace. Well since then, I’ve seen the GRID name pop-up more and more–in magazines, online, and television. I flipped on the Velocity Channel last night to see Will Castro of Unique Rides fitting two sets of Grid Wheels on to customers’ Jeeps. If you want something with a cutting-edge design that hasn’t flooded the marketplace, check out Grid Wheels–especially their new GD9 and GD10 models.
The GD9 has a unique dual-layer honeycomb pattern with a ton of character. Available in 5, 6, and 8-lug configurations, the GD9 is offered in 18″, 20″ and 22″ sizes. A matte-black milled finish is to be had alongside the bolder bronze milled version

The GD10 has more of a traditional 8-spoke design, but with a ton of attention to detail. It’s also available in 5, 6, and 8-lug configurations. The GD10 is offered in 17″, 18″, and 20″ sizes with a choice of 3 finishes– gloss black milled, gloss bronze, and matte anthracite.
