There’s plenty of fun for the kids as well as Subaru’s Pet Park for animal lovers. And new for 2020, is the Tri-State Queen City Tailgate, featuring yummy food and drink, including local craft beer, wines, and spirits.

Buffalo Auto Show

While “Buffalo in February” might not exactly leave you feeling warm and fuzzy, the city’s auto show could do the trick. Running February 6-9 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, the event kicks off with a Charity Preview Gala on the night of the 5th.

Rest assured, your teenagers will know what it is, and it might just be the thing to draw them out of their smartphone bubble and into the real world.

Chicago Auto Show

As the largest auto show in North America, this is one you’ll want to clear some schedule for. With 30+ manufacturers from all over the world and nearly 1,000 vehicles on display, as well as an indoor test track for Jeeps and RAM trucks, virtual reality simulators, special celebrity appearances, and hoards of family-friendly activities, you can easily find several days of entertainment.

Running February 8-17 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, event organizers have special attractions planned for each day of the show—which you can find here. OEs are still keeping quiet about exciting vehicle debuts, but this show tends to be pretty truck-heavy, with last year’s iteration bringing us the 2020 Chevy HD pickups, Ford SuperDuty, and refreshed Toyota Tacoma.

For now, all we can confirm is that Toyota is bringing something “NEW”—vague, we know. Stay tuned, as we’ll be updating our dedicated Chicago Auto Show coverage as we learn more.
