So strong in fact, that FCA plans to continue to offer the JK in 2018 alongside its ultimate successor, the JL. Recently they announced the availability of two radical new accessories for your Jeep’s backside. I’ll take you through both, designed to keep your rear end higher and tighter than Sara Blakely.

Slant Back Tire Carrier
If “aggressive” is the correct adjective to describe a fast-back style Jeep, then menacing more appropriately applies here. Part number JK2070-1 will fit 2007-current JK Wranglers; it requires a Fab Fours Base Bumper (JK07-Y1251-1) and Off-The-Door Tire Carrier (JP-Y1261T-1). This American made, CNC laser cut steel product combination takes all the strain off of the body of the Jeep. All the weight is carried by the bumper and frame. The tire carrier can accommodate a massive 40″ tire with ease.
The Slant Back Tire Carrier evokes images of off-road racers, but perhaps on Mars. The look is truly other-worldly. And if this look is your cup of tea, well, you ain’t seen nothin’ YETI…
Air Compressor Yeti Mount
Part number JK2040 also requires the Base Bumper and Off-The Door Tire Carrier. However this unique platform is designed to hold air compressor(s), reserve tanks and a YETI Cooler. While the mount is not YETI specific, what’s cooler than a YETI? Literally. I’m asking you. When fully tricked-out, this setup will allow for fast airing-up of tires after a day on the trail. It will also help you get your core temperature down, and raise your cool factor exponentially.
