Fully loaded racks can prevent tailgate doors from swinging or dropping open, blocking access to cargo, or Fido. Regardless of what bike rack you have, if it mounts to a 2″ receiver, the BackSwing can help. Adding a BackSwing allows the loaded rack to swing out of the way, essentially converting it into a swing away rack.
The BackSwing allows your bike rack to swing a full 90°, and better yet it locks into place. Your bikes won’t come crashing back into you as you’re fishing a cold one from the cooler. The locking position is easily released by an ergonomic lever.
