2020 Jeep Gladiator MagnaFlow Exhaust Systems Are Here and They’re Glorious
By now, you’ve likely seen one zipping down the highway or cruising down Main Street. Maybe, just maybe, you’ve been lucky enough to see one in true action—crawling over rocks and tree roots, looking like a badass blast-from-the-past with its throwback square-body and sharp 90° angles. We’re talking about the 2020 Jeep Gladiator, of course. The Wrangler-esque pickup that has had gearheads drooling since FCA “accidentally” leaked photos of it last November.
Now that the recreational hauler has landed in more than a few driveways, the aftermarket is working overtime to churn out fun and fresh product to make personalization possible. From off-road upgrades to stylish mods, the catalog is growing—quickly. And, per usual, leading the charge in engine respiration, are these all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator MagnaFlow exhaust systems.
From Street to Trail
Staying on-brand by being first-to-market, MagnaFlow’s 2020 Jeep Gladiator exhaust systems are in-stock and available for order in three different configurations: two Street Series cat-back systems and a Rock Crawler Series offering maximum clearance for extreme, off-road adventures.
Street Performance
Available in two styles—one with a single driver side rear exit with a polished stainless steel tip and the other with a dual split rear exit under the bumper with a satin black finish—the Street Series 2020 Jeep Gladiator MagnaFlow exhaust systems promise efficient flow and dyno-proven power. Not to mention a deep exterior rumble and comfortable interior note.
“Both Gladiator Street Series exhaust systems utilize 3-inch mandrel bent tubing and a 5”x 8”x 24” oval muffler,” explains the company. “Both are new features to the shared Jeep Wrangler 3.6/3.8L powertrain in the MF line-up. In refining the sound and with the greater space allotted, the 3-inch tubing, along with larger casing muffler, give the Gladiator a deeper tone unique to this platform offering.”
Sporting direct-fit upgrades, the Street Series Gladiator exhaust systems from MagnaFlow feature a simple bolt-on installation, requiring no modification to your new ride. And, like all MagnaFlow products, they’re made from premium components using the latest technology and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Rock-Crawling Performance
Those of you seeking a more aggressive exhaust note and maximum clearance for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator should check out the Rock Crawler Series from MagnaFlow.
“Rock crawlers, overlanders and those in need of extra space for big bumpers, armor, aftermarket suspension upgrades or other under-chassis support gear will be pleasantly surprised with the packaging of this purpose-built design,” says the company. “By design, this system utilizes 2.5” mandrel bent tubing, a 5x8x24” oval muffler and unique routing made possible by the tighter radius smaller diameter tubing to allow for almost any aftermarket modification.” And while offering an excellent exterior growl, that new larger muffler keeps noise at a respectable level inside.

Remember, a better exhaust system means better torque, better fuel efficiency, and more power. And while the 2020 Gladiator is ready to hit the trails in stock form—thanks to solid axles in the front and rear, standard 4WD, a locking front differential, 33-inch Falken tires wrapped around unique cast aluminum wheels, great approach and departure angles, and the ability to blow off the roof, doors, and fold down the windshield—that doesn’t mean there isn’t a little room for improvement. Especially when it comes to letting that engine breathe, as it huffs and puffs over all the rough terrain you have planned for this year’s off-road season.
The relocated muffler characteristic of MagnaFlow’s Rock Crawler exhaust systems will ensure you don’t get hung up on any rocks, while the single straight driver’s side rear exit will help you look good in the process. And, did we mention the competitive warranty and easy installation?
