Keystone Canada Project K Wants to Give YOU Keys to a 2018 Ford F-150

When the VP of Keystone Canada Sales, Ralph Ruzzi, set out to construct a loyalty program from the ground up, he and the team decided to pursue an all-inclusive structure that would give stakeholders even more skin in the game. They endeavored to provide sales associates with an in-house test bed to become better educated about product installs, features, benefits, and the enthusiast culture surrounding the platform. They also worked to offer participating Keystone customers a chance to walk away with a custom-built vehicle payout at the end of the promotional period. Keystone Canada Project K was born and with it, a unique way to help retailers and restylers grow their businesses alongside a wholesale powerhouse.

“The goal is to help promote product awareness on behalf of our supplier partners sponsoring Keystone Canada Project K, build a better connection between us, the manufacturers, and the shops, and reward those loyal Keystone customers who support the key brands [featured on the build] and acquire them through Keystone,” said Ruzzi.

Keystone Canada Project K is Like a Fine Wine

Ruzzi’s partner-focused approach has earned a lot of support for Keystone Canada Project K and an opportunity to showcase participating brands and products at Keystone shows, open houses, local and regional events, etc. Those brands invested in the program receive additional time for one-on-one training with the inside sales team, strategic mini-promotions throughout the life of the program, customer visits across Canada with outside sales, and consumer exposure.

With four Project K builds under its belt—a 2013 Jeep Wrangler dubbed Project Great White North, a 2015 Ford Mustang GT with plenty of goodies under the hood, and a 2013 Subaru BRZ sporting a widebody kit and turbo conversion—team Canada expects the latest build, a 2018 Ford F-150 Supercrew 4×4, to be a smashing hit. Project K is like a fine wine that just gets better with age.

2018 Ford F-150 Build

“The Ford F-150, which will be given away at the 2019 Keystone Canada Super Show [for Keystone customers], is sporting some of the best of the best when it comes to parts and accessories—bread-and-butter names in the industry, as well as a few up-and-comers,” said Ruzzi. “The build is about 80% complete right now and is the star of the Keystone Canada Project K Facebook Page. Keystone customers, manufacturers, and consumers/enthusiasts can follow along and participate in some of the activities online. There will be many ‘jobber night’ training sessions, and Keystone customers are encouraged to use the vehicle at their own sales, off-road, and open house events. We have learned from each of these builds, and this latest one is truly the best yet,” he continued.
